Our promise: If we miss a deadline because of us, you get a full refund. If we deliver a broken project we can't fix, you get a full refund. Otherwise, we work with you to make it right.
1. Our promise
We stand behind the quality and timeliness of our work. The vast majority of our orders complete with no refund needed. When something goes wrong, we work in good faith to resolve it — refund or otherwise.
2. Eligible refund cases
Full refund
- We miss the agreed delivery deadline due to our fault and you choose to cancel.
- The project is delivered in a non-working state and we are unable to fix it within 5 working days.
- You cancel the order within 24 hours of payment, before work has begun.
Partial refund (50–75%)
- You cancel after work has begun but before delivery.
- You request a topic switch mid-development that requires substantial rework.
3. Non-refundable cases
- The project has been delivered and accepted, and the issue is a feature request not part of the original scope.
- You changed your mind after taking delivery.
- Your viva or evaluation outcome (we can't control how an examiner grades).
- Express-delivery surcharges, once express work has started.
- Hardware kits that have already been shipped or used.
4. How to request a refund
- WhatsApp us at +91 80122 22569 within 7 days of delivery (or earlier, before delivery).
- Share your order ID and a clear description of the issue.
- We respond within 24 working hours with our resolution — fix, partial refund, or full refund.
5. Refund timeline
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method. Bank/UPI transfers may take an additional 1–3 days to reflect in your account.
