Terms of Service.

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of EngineeringCollegeProjects.com ("we", "us", "our") and the project-delivery services we offer to students. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

We provide ready-made and custom final-year projects for engineering students. A complete project package includes source code, IEEE-format report, PPT, demo video (where applicable), and live setup support, as specified in the chosen pricing plan.

The project is delivered for educational and academic-submission purposes. We do not represent the work as the student's original creation outside of academic context.

3. Orders & payment

• Orders are confirmed only after a 50% advance payment is received.
• The remaining 50% is due upon delivery.
• Accepted payment methods: UPI, NEFT/IMPS bank transfer, Razorpay (cards/netbanking).
• Prices listed on the website are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless noted.

4. Delivery

Standard delivery is 2–5 working days from order confirmation. Express delivery (24–48 hours) is available as an add-on. Delivery includes a one-time live setup session via TeamViewer/AnyDesk for plans where it is included.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use our services lawfully and in accordance with your institution's academic policies. You are responsible for any disclosure your institution requires regarding outside assistance. We do not condone academic misconduct.

6. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, modify, and submit the delivered project for your academic submission. We retain the right to reuse the underlying code base in modified form for other students. Any third-party libraries used remain governed by their respective licenses.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including academic outcomes.

8. Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
