Payment & refunds
UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS), and Razorpay (cards, netbanking). 50% advance to begin work, 50% on delivery.
If we miss the delivery deadline due to our fault, you get a full refund. If you cancel within 24 hours of payment, we refund 90%. After we begin work, refunds are case-by-case. Read the full policy →
No. The price you see covers everything listed in the plan. Add-ons (express delivery, hardware kits, mock viva) are clearly priced and optional.
Viva & support
The demo video and setup session are designed to make your viva confident. For extra prep, our Mock Viva add-on (₹999) is a 30-minute Zoom rehearsal where we play the panel and prep your answers.
Premium plan includes 7 days of post-delivery WhatsApp support. Standard plan includes 2 rounds of small modifications. We never ghost — even after support ends, we'll usually answer.
